Privacy Policy

This policy explains how After Video Inc. (“we,” “us”) handles information when you use the ClockWerk iPhone app and these pages on kissmyapp.org.

Short version: ClockWerk does not collect your work data. Projects, hours, expenses, and invoices stay on your iPhone. There is no ClockWerk account and no ClockWerk server.

1. Who we are

ClockWerk is published by After Video Inc., New York. Contact: info@aftervideo.us.

2. What stays on your iPhone

ClockWerk stores your records in a local file on the device, including:

• Clients, projects, tasks, and hourly or fixed rates
• Time entries, shift templates, holidays, and work trips
• Expenses and expense categories
• Invoice profile details you type in Settings (name, address, payment notes)
• Preferences such as currency and whether amounts are hidden

We cannot see this file. We do not upload it. If you delete the app or use Erase all data, those records are removed from the device.

3. What we do not collect

• No account, email sign-in, or cloud sync operated by us
• No advertising, analytics, or crash SDKs from third parties
• No sale of personal information
• No tracking across other companies’ apps or websites

4. Calendar (optional)

If you turn on Calendar sync, ClockWerk can write shifts, work days, trips, and holidays into calendars you choose on the iPhone. That write happens through Apple’s Calendar on the device. We do not send those events to After Video Inc.

You can deny Calendar access in iOS Settings. The rest of the app still works.

5. Exports and sharing

If you export CSV or JSON, or share a report or invoice, iOS shows the system share sheet. You choose where that file goes (Files, Mail, another app). We do not receive a copy.

6. App Store rating

ClockWerk may sometimes show Apple’s standard “Rate this app” sheet. That prompt is provided by Apple. We do not see your rating unless you publish a public App Store review.

7. This website

kissmyapp.org is a static site. It does not set marketing cookies or run an account system. The server that hosts the site may keep ordinary connection logs (IP address, pages requested) as part of running a website. Those logs are not linked to your ClockWerk data.

8. Children

ClockWerk is a work tool. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
